Film Editing Service – Local or Remote
The Squirrel offers creative film editing for all forms of content creation. Whether for episodic programming or feature films, our NLE of choice, Avid Media Composer, allows for an editorial collaboration that effectively links our editors to wherever the production is located. We have developed robust remote workflows that allows us to emulate the over the shoulder editorial process with our remote clients.
Editing Assistance
We are able to provide local editorial support during production. We will create dailies, sync rushes, and prepare projects for the editing department. We can provide whatever support your production needs.
Editing Suite
Our editing suites are designed with a focus on mobility and on servicing the needs of each and every production. Should your wish is to have us with an on-set presence or to be located near-set or perhaps simply hoping to have editorial support where you need it, we are designed to help you achieve that.
Our editing suites are fitted with the current state of the art hardware giving us the ability to work with upmost confidence and speed. Our main suite is fitted with Apple’s Ultra Studio M2’s and iMac Pros tethered with thunderbolt to some of the fastest RAID’s. As a Producer or Director you can sit back and relax while it all comes together before your eyes on our 65’ LG OLED client monitor.
